INTRODUCTION

Brize Norton Primary School prides itself on its excellent academic results but strongly recognises and acknowledges that these results are only a part of what children achieve at school.

We offer, and aim for, high academic standards but we know and understand that every child learns at a different rate. Where necessary, extra help is provided through our intervention programmes and children who are identified as more able are challenged and their learning extended. Above all, our aim is to enthuse children with a love of learning and the desire to make the very most of their abilities and opportunities, preparing them for their next school and, indeed, life beyond that.

At the end of Key Stage 2 (Year 6), Level 4 is the expected national average and Level 5 indicates a standard of achievement above the national average.  Previous years' results can be found here
