AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS

BRIZE NORTON PRIMARY SCHOOL

AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS – AUTUMN 2013

Below are the details of the after school clubs on offer this term. Some clubs are run free of charge by school staff and others are run by external providers and there will be a charge for these.

Please complete the return slip to book a place. Some clubs have limited places and so these will be offered on a first come, first served basis.  Please note that it is not possible to send home a confirmation for every child’s club places.  If a club becomes full, will we inform all parents of this by text. This will be followed up by a note confirming whether or not your child has a place in the club (again, this is only for the clubs which are full).

Most clubs will run over the following dates, unless stated differently below:

School run clubs will start week beginning 16th September until 18th October.

After half term clubs will begin on 11th November and finish on 6th December.

No clubs will run in the weeks 9th September, 21st October and 4th November.

Please note that teachers freely give their time to run clubs after school.  Please be considerate by picking up your child on time, otherwise we may have to reconsider your child’s place in the club.

This support may be offered at the hub, by other organisations or in the community. Hubs can offer  support and activities around:

·         Parenting and early years

·         Health and well-being

·         Employment, education and training

·         Youth justice and anti-social behaviour
